The first thing you will notice is the flawless copper colored dome and heavy duty stainless steel chimney that give this oven a commanding presence. The 4 Pizze oven uses Alfa’s Forninox technology to reach the desired cooking temperatures with very little fuel in as little as 20 minutes. Inside the oven it features the refractory floor of commercial ovens that can be removed easily and allows you to cook 4 pizzas on the 31 1/2 x 23 3/5 inch fire brick cooking surface. Alfa installs a ceramic fiber insulation that keeps the heat for a long time and cuts down wood consumption. The Alfa’s cart is well designed and allows you to move the 300 lb oven anywhere on the patio or deck.
