The Alfresco Teppanyaki Griddle is part of the Versa Power System. Made for use with the Alfresco VersaPower burner it is Constructed from a 3/16-inch thick solid 304 grade stainless steel plate, this griddle has side and rear air vents to keep the heat away from you while you are cooking. Great for seafood, fajitas, breakfast, or juicy burgers! Great for for many cooking styles, as well as a plate warmer. Not for use over Sear Burners.
