Coyote Outdoor Living’s charcoal grills and smokers bring our promise of passion, design and value to this art form. Featuring 18 gauge 304 stainless steel the Centaur is built to take the high heat levels from both the charcoal and 40,000 BTUs produced from the two gas burners. The charcoal grill has an adjustable fuel tray and a crank assembly that allows you to control the height of the fire to your food. You can smoke on the charcoal side by controlling the air flow with the built-in adjustable dampers and wind guard. The gas side features two Coyote I-Burners that are light using the easy , reliable push button piezoelectric starter. Both sides also have a warming rack and a thermometer that is great for cooking hot dogs or keeping food warm and checking the temperatures.

Clearance: •FROM NON-COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS: Coyote grills can be placed directly on, or adjacent to, non-combustible materials, subject to ventilation requirements. The hood on a Coyote grill pivots mainly on the body. If you have a wall or partition behind the unit that would block ventilation, then a minimum of 7″ clearance from the back of the grill to the wall is needed for the purpose of ventilation. If you do not have a wall or partition blocking the ventilation of the unit, then you only need an extra 2″ behind the unit for the hood to open fully. If you wish to use the rotisserie option, you will want to make sure that you leave adequate space (at least 6″) on each side of the grill so that the motor and rotisserie spit handle will have room on the counter, as these extend past the overall dimensions of the grill body.
•FROM COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS: Coyote grills must have at least 24″ clearance from any combustible materials (in any direction) for the safety of the homeowner and for any Coyote Warranty to remain in effect. You CANNOT locate the grill under any combustible material without an approved ventilation system located directly above the unit. To elaborate, Coyote defines an approved ventilation hood as: The ventilation hood chosen must be UL certified, produced for outdoor use and must be installed according to the hood manufacturer’s specifications. The hood must be installed at least 30″ above the top of the cooking surface. The hood must be at least 6″ wider that the grills frame (3″ on each side), not just the cooking surface.
•INSULATED JACKETS AND COMBUSTIBLE CONSTRUCTION: Due to the charcoal fuel there is no insulated jacket available for the C1CH36 and it can never be placed into combustible material.

Coyote Outdoor warrants to the original purchaser at the original site of delivery with proof of purchase of each Outdoor Gas grill/Side burner that when subject to normal residential use, it is free from defects in workmanship and materials for the periods specified below. This warranty excludes grills used in rental and commercial applications. This warranty excludes surface corrosion, scratches and discoloration which may occur during normal use. It does NOTcover labor or labor related charges. There will be shipping and handling charge for the delivery of the warranty part(s).

Our obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement, at our option, of the product during the warranty period. The extent of any liability of Coyote under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement. This warranty does not cover normal wear of parts, damage resulting from any of the following: negligent use or misuse of the product, use on improper fuel/gas supply, use contrary to operating instructions, or alteration by any person other than a factory service center. The warranty period is not extended by such repair or replacement.
