Grand Canyon 3 Burner Stainless Steel Vented Gas Fire Place Burners

Grand Canyon 3 Burner Stainless Steel Vented Gas Fire Place Burners

These certified vented burners are tested to withstand the heat and are built to produce heat. The chassis of the burner is built out of 304 stainless steel and have the ability for the gas to flow in on either side of the burner depending on where your gas inlet is located. The design of the burner has one main burner in the back and a middle upper burner for taller flames combined with the third burner in the front that also acts as an ember burner. With many different log sets to choose from, Grand Canyon Gas Logs has developed a propriety design that allows for you to raise and lower the back tines depending on the size of your firebox and log style that you choose. Grand Canyon Gas Logs offers a complete array of valve system accessory that are able to fit the burn.

When combined with the optional EIS electronic ignition this burner can be controlled with a simple on/off switch, remote control, or installed in a smart home system.

Electronic Ignition System Box

EIS System Puts all the Electronics Outside of the FireBox

Grand Canyon Gas Logs Electronic Ignition System (EIS) Box is a 110 Volt on demand pilot direct wire ignition system. Our boxes need to be mounted outside of the firebox and ideal for new build or remodels.  This system comes with a 6′ (foot) pilot assembly lead and a 200K BTU valve.  A 24V transformer and module are conveniently mounted inside our 4 x 4 x 12 metal box.  Ideal for our Jumbo sets and other larger front view and see-through burner systems.  This system operates by an optional Wall Switch (GCWS) or Remote (GCRK).

How the Electronic system works:

Start up is as simple as turning on a switch or a remote that can be located anywhere outside or even inside the house. Once the switch is turned on the spark ignition begins firing a spark to ignite the small amount of gas released by the valve. The gas from the pilot ignites and heats up a heat sensor and within 10 seconds the main valve is opened and the burner is lit. If the flame goes out the flame sensor will shut the gas completely off.
