Made in the USA, Cook your own pizza at your next outdoor party with this 30″ Napoli Pizza Oven by Lynx. It features a 400 square-foot cooking surface under a specially formulated concrete refractory interior dome. The oven pre-heats quickly to 700°F for a quick, even cooking. When the pizza is done, the cooking surface pulls forward for easy and safer access. The top chimney can be customized to vent to the front or to the rear of the oven. Not just for pizza, the oven can sear steaks, bake pork lions and much more. The outside is made of 304 stainless steel with hand-polished mirrored edges for a professional look that matches your other Lynx Outdoor equipment. A reversible top chimney lets you control where the smoke and heat go that is generated by a powerful 40,000 Trident sear burners. An aluminum pizza peel is included to aid in the removal of the fresh-baked pie. The oven’s appearance is equally as impressive with hand-polished mirrored edges and blue LED control knob illumination.

To prevent pizza dough from sticking to the pizza peel or the oven deck use corn meal or flour spread on the deck and peel surfaces. Be sure to brush away any remaining corn meal or flour from the oven deck prior to cooking another pizza.

CLEARANCE TO COMBUSTIBLE MATERIALS
Minimum clearance from the sides and back of the oven to adjacent combustible construction below the top of unit are 0” from the sides and back.
Minimum clearance from sides and back of unit to adjacent combustible construction extending above the unit is 18” from the sides and back.
OVERHEAD PROTECTION AND EXHAUST REMOVAL
Do not install this appliance under any unprotected overhead combustible construction. If installed under any combustible construction the cooking area over the oven must be covered with an exhaust hood. The hood must provide 3 to 6 inches of overhang on all exposed sides. The exhaust hood shall provide no less than 1200 CFM for proper exhaust ventilation. The hood must be approved for outdoor installation and provided with a dedicated GFCI protected branch circuit.

Warranty
The stainless steel body and the burners are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship when subjected to normal domestic use and service for the life of the original purchaser. The following oven parts are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and service, for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase; manifolds, gas valves and refractory dome and base. All other oven components are warranted to be free from defects in material and workmanship, when subjected to normal domestic use and service, for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. For a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase, Lynx will replace or repair parts found to be defective at no cost to the original purchaser. This includes the cost of shipping replacement parts and, where necessary, service labor at prevailing local rates by a Lynx authorized service person.
