It features a 400 square-foot cooking surface under a specially formulated concrete refractory interior dome. The oven pre-heats quickly to 700°F for a quick, even cooking. When the pizza is done, the cooking surface pulls forward for easy and safer access. The top chimney can be customized to vent to the front or to the rear of the oven. Not just for pizza, the oven can sear steaks, bake pork lions and much more. The outside is made of 304 stainless steel with hand-polished mirrored edges for a professional look that matches your other Lynx Outdoor equipment. A reversible top chimney lets you control where the smoke and heat go that is generated by a powerful 40,000 Trident sear burners. An aluminum pizza peel is included to aid in the removal of the fresh-baked pie. The oven’s appearance is equally as impressive with hand-polished mirrored edges and blue LED control knob illumination.

To prevent pizza dough from sticking to the pizza peel or the oven deck use corn meal or flour spread on the deck and peel surfaces. Be sure to brush away any remaining corn meal or flour from the oven deck prior to cooking another pizza.
